For or IMCOPA, quality is the most important part of the process. The company is certified in the best standards, like: ISO 9001 / 2000, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and PDV (GMP13 - Quality Control of Feed materials for Animal Feed). We are also certified by the KOSHER (jewish) and HALAL (Islamic) rules
To achieve that, the company has incorporated an Integrated Management Policy as a guideline to our quality goals, also including environmental, social awareness and work safety principles.
Identity Preservation
IMCOPA has complete control over the identity preservation of its products, allowing complete traceability up to the raw material supplier. This is possible due to a network created by IMCOPA with its suppliers (Cooperatives), logistic systems, port terminals in Brazil and in Europe, and our distributors, All stages are assured, certified and verified through documentation creating a single and linked system, available to all clients.
We believe that complete traceability and identity preservation is as important as tie non-GMO status of our produce.
Control at the port and shipping
An IMCOPA produce discharge at the Paranagua-Pr port at dedicated and certified warehouses.We ensure proper shipping with our own leased vessels and have agreements with certified terminals in Europe.
IMCOPA has experienced employees and surveyors who inspect the warehouses and vessels prior to loading.During loading if the client wishes, a sample is taken and sent to the Genetic-ID Lab. Quality tests are also done periodically in the silos by IMCOPA'S employees.
This way we can assure all proper storage and shipping conditions since departure from IMCOPA to the arrival at our Clients.
Facilities
IMCOPA is headquartered in Araucaria-PR and operates 5 crushing plants located in this state, processing over 7500 tons of soybeans daily.
Besides, IMCOPA also has storage silos situated in the middle of the state's main producing areas, assuring availability all year round and also reducing costs. All plants, silos and stocks are insured.
